Victor Webb was a midfielder who came through the Rovers youth system and was awarded a professional contract in the summer of 2003. He only stayed with the first team squad for a single season, and was released at the end of the 2003-04 campaign.
Webb never made it onto the pitch during a first team fixture, but was twice named as an unused substitute. His first appearance on the bench came on 28 December 2003, when Rovers lost 1–0 to Kidderminster Harriers at Aggborough, and his other came in a 1–0 victory over Scunthorpe United at the Memorial Stadium on 10 January 2004. He played regularly for the reserves during his spell with the club, but never impressed enough to make an impact with the first team.
