Bristol Rovers' worries of relegation from League Two were virtually ended with a 2–0 victory over Exeter City.
The match was settled by a goal in each half, with Oliver Norburn giving Rovers the lead midway through the first half and Lee Brown completing the job eight minutes from time.
The Exeter lineup had a familiar ring to it, with three former Rovers players in the starting eleven and one on the bench. Pat Baldwin, Danny Coles and Jamie Cureton all played the full 90 minutes for the Grecians, while goalkeeper Rhys Evans was an unused substitute.
